The Role of Senior Business Development Manager - Creative Solutions
Responsible for building face to face relationships with the largest key accounts,
Understanding their business & marketing challenges and devising/delivering high-value creative multiplatform marketing solutions
Seeking out new prospects and approaching senior-level clients
Working closely with the editorial, operations, marketing and content solutions teams to put together complex, bespoke client solutions using existing and new products
Cross-selling conference sponsorship, exhibitions, digital solutions, co-branded content, thought leadership pieces and bespoke events
Identifying new opportunities for brand growth
Building sustainable new revenue streams
Sharing best practice with the wider sales teams
The Person for the Senior Business Development Manager - Creative Solutions Role
Proven consultative sales skills focussed on devering bespoke client solutions for new and existing key accounts
Good telephone and face to face sales skills and a talented networker
An understanding of digital media sales, event sales, content sales and creative solutions sales
Resourceful in finding clever ways to identify the right leads, secure meaningful conversations and overcome any objections
Able to construct complex bespoke media/event solutions that deliver for clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong presenter
Able to retain and develop high-spending accounts
Confident, outgoing, open, collaborative, driven, motivated, focussed, energetic, positive, approachable, naturally curious, entrepreneurial
