Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager

  • Service Excellence: Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care and support services across all client engagements.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and support new team members, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate personnel records.

  • Client Onboarding: Personally oversee the onboarding of new clients, including home visits, care matching, and contract setup.

  • Operational Coordination: Lead and coordinate the office team to ensure seamless internal communication and continuity of service.

  • Scheduling & Logistics: Maintain accurate, real-time scheduling systems to optimise staff deployment and client satisfaction.

  • Business Development: Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and service promotion.

  • Financial Oversight: Invoicing, payments, and credit control with diligence and transparency.

  • Strategic Support: Assist the Directors in organising staff meetings, marketing initiatives, and networking opportunities.
