This established independent Sussex business based in Brighton really does stand out amongst its competitors and are looking for a Marketing Professional to work with each of the departments and execute their marketing strategy. You will be looking for a hands on challenge and will thrive on bringing your skills to the company and taking repsonsiblity for all the marketing and working with a great brand and team of people and their departments across Sussex. As well as marketing and social media you will have a strong creative eye and some graphics experiece. Responsibility
- Studying company profile and operations to understand its marketing needs 
- Conducting marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities 
- Developing and implementing an overall company marketing strategy according to objectives and budgets and running departmental campaigns 
- Reporting to Directors and Managers 
- Provides information regarding promotions, branding, media channels, and other key information for marketing success. 
- Guides the implementation of marketing strategies for various products and services. 
- Observe and maintain cohesive branding across at the companies departments and marketing materials 
Duties
- To take responsibility for overseeing and producing online and offline marketing activities. 
- Assist managers and directors in coming up with focused branding, positioning, and marketing tools for each department 
- Working within both company and client budgets to produce effective promotional materials and advertising opportunities 
- Establish marketing tracking methods to help evaluate company performance over time and report ROI 
- Analyse details of competitor offerings, including specifications, market share, pricing, and promotional materials 
- Create reports with research findings for Directors to analyse and inform marketing strategies 
- Assist in providing written documents and verbal presentations for clients to assist in winning new development instructions 
- Recommend specific marketing approaches and spending budgets to achieve desired sales goals 
- Helps generate new service offerings to increase share in new or existing markets 
- Liaising with each department to create content for the company blog, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, using a content schedule calendar. 
- Creating and overseeing email and social media marketing campaigns 
- Responsible for growth and development of social and digital marketing channels. 
- Ensuring the website is current in style terms, monitored and kept up to date. 
Experience
- Experience in managing multiple projects including sponsored social media campaigns, and liaising extensively with internal and external contacts. 
- Proficient content creator with the ability to edit photos and create graphics for social media 
- Experience of email marketing campaign creation and distribution. 
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing 
- Apt in writing proposals and reports 
- Qualification in marketing, communications, business or relevant field. 
- Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT and marketing software
